This new course is completely FREE to all PE Subject Leaders & wider staff in Norfolk
Our children are facing a health crisis. Our modern sedentary lifestyle is having a significant impact on their physical activity levels, which in turn is affecting their physical, mental and social health.
COURSE AIMS
- Examine research, evidence and policies which identify key components to support an increase in physical activity within the school day;
- Discuss how to achieve 60 active minutes within the school day;
