Matt is a Qualified PE teacher who previously worked within the West Norwich & Dereham School Sport Partnership for 6 years between 2016-2022. Matt was responsible for the organisation, management & delivery the School sport events each academic year whilst being involved in PE subject support such as PE mentoring services, Audits, Lesson observations, Teacher training, School assemblies and help around evidencing the impact PE can have on young people to deliver proven impact in raising the standards of Teaching & Learning in primary PE.

A qualified PE Teacher, Matt has worked within Sport, Leisure & Education for over 15 years and has extensive experience of leading effective change in schools by driving up standards within both Primary & Secondary PE, with a superb understanding of Teaching & Learning

Ellise is an experienced deliverer of high quality in school support and staff CPD with a specialism in Health & Wellbeing.  Ellise is also the lead organiser for the Norfolk PE Conference, as well as a lead deliverer for NPESS Create Development (realPE) work.

MIKAELA THAXTON - Administrator

Mikaela is the Admin lead for Norfolk PE managing all of our courses, from venue booking to delegate management and most importantly keeps the rest of the team in line.

Rob is a Qualified PE teacher and has managed the West Norwich & Dereham School Sport Partnership for over 14 years.

Rob is an experienced National level PE Trainer who has written and delivered a wide range of PE / School sport Courses.  Rob has over 18 years of experience working with teachers to improve PE provision, as well as extensive work coaching  & mentoring PE leads, having previously worked as part of the Youth Sport Trust as a Development Coach and as part of their National Delivery team as well as a lead tutor & Regional Manager for Create Development, supporting teachers to deliver high quality PE.
