YOGA WORKSHOP
COURSE CONTENT
We will provide a range of fun interactive activities to support you delivering Yoga with your pupils - with resources to support in school delivery. The afternoon will cover some of the core theory behind why Yoga is worth while within a primary setting as well as some of the activities suggested for pupils

Casual - fun and engaging activities to show how to use the resources and deliver meaningful Yoga activity to your pupils
RESOURCES
Delegates will receive a basic resource pack to get you started with YOGA for your pupils
